STAFF ENGINEER DIGITAL DESIGN

Design with us the next generation of digital power controllers, shape the future of data centers and create a more energy-efficient tomorrow.

In your new role you will:

• Play a key role in the development of digital controllers for DCDC converter applications;
• Be responsible for all aspects of digital IC design, from platform architecture to RTL design and verification
• Participate in physical design, backend implementation, timing closure and DFT flow
• Collaborate with other disciplines such as analog design, test engineering, application engineering to define and validate products functionality
  
  

You have a structured work style and demonstrate high quality standards for yourself and other people. As a true team player, you set the direction in your field of expertise and cooperate across boundaries by recognizing and using different areas of expertise and skills of the team members.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or similar technical field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital IC design
• Understanding of synthesis, timing closure, DFT flow (SCAN/IDDQ/MBIST), physical design and IR drop
• Participated in development of successful products that reached high volume production
• Experience with DSP or implementation of digital control algorithms is a plus, preferably for SMPS
• Experience with microcontroller and microprocessor-based designs. Experience with ARM-based or RISC-V processors, IP and bus architectures is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multi-site international environment

Wage Range that the Company expects to pay for a qualified candidate:

Minimum of $126,225 salary per year

Maximum of $163,350 salary per year

In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
