Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team, Infini Health in Hamilton, Ontario.

The ideal candidate will provide patient-centered care and rehabilitation services to individuals of all ages with various medical conditions.

We are looking for a motivated individual to help grow our rehabilitation practice.

Duties:

- Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and needs

- Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient goals

- Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve mobility, relieve pain, and restore function

- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation *

Qualifications:

We are looking for a motivated individual to help grow our rehabilitation practice.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.

Member in good standing with the college of physiotherapist.

Strong knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.

Experience in various settings such as orthopedics, sports medicine, acute care and pain management is preferred.

Familiarity with trigger point therapy techniques is a plus.
