- Support, Troubleshoot and maintain System/software life-cycle to include development and maintenance of systems, applications and tools including software enhancements, databases, database maintenance, maintenance.
- Provide hardware life-cycle support to include hardware installations such as modems, boards, memory chips, and other small hardware items.
- Write, update and maintain standard operating procedures that details the steps required to regain Local Area Network access in the event of network failure. The SOP should be sufficiently detailed to that if the usual network administrator or designee is not available, the federal staff may restore network services. The SOP shall be treated as Security Sensitive Information and distribution shall be controlled and restricted.
- Maintain software tools and utility development to include providing unique capability working with off the shelf applications such as Excel, Access, PowerPoint and other DHS applications. Databases, briefings, spreadsheets and documents shall be developed from these applications to provide information and information management tools. This includes the Local Area Network (LAN) and Web administration, Application Training, electronic and paper File Management, and Documentation of ICC System and procedures.
- Provide maintenance of TSL local IT Systems & equipment and support connectivity and troubleshooting functions related to TSL Headquarters mandates.
