Responsibilities of the Entry-Level Account Associate:
- Deliver tailored products & services to meet unique consumer needs
- Drive & exceed sales growth through regular & direct consumer interaction
- Foster and build relationships with new and existing customer accounts
- Utilize solution-based sales techniques taught by industry leaders to retain and grow customer accounts
- Collaborate with Entry-Level Account Associate team members to solidify quality work and meet key performance indicators in sales and customer engagement
What We’re Looking For in an Entry-Level Account Associate:
- High school diploma or GED, 1-3 years of experience as an Entry-Level Account Associate, sales, or client-facing roles is a plus but not required
- Ability to meet with clients & consumers in an in-person setting
- Strong attention to detail when handling important & private information
- Exceptional communication skills especially in a sales environment
- A dedicated attitude to continuous learning and the ability to quickly learn new skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
