Our shop utilizes automated machinery for many tasks including sanding, paint, and computerized numeric control (CNC). Team collaboration emphasizes high quality fabrication, efficient installs and flexibility to provide the highest quality execution to ensure satisfied customers and a product you can be proud of.
Job Summary
The Shop Foreman is responsible for:
· Managing a three-person shop
· Planning the staff workday
· All staff training
· Meeting all customer deadlines
The ideal candidates will have experience in reading prints, installing cabinetry and high-end millwork, working in a team oriented, and collaborative environment, and building cabinets in a shop setting. Must work hands-on with shop staff.
· Experience with a CNC Machine and programming required.
· Benefits exempt position
· Tools provided as needed
· Use of company van for installs.
