Candidate must be willing to come to Whippany, NJ office for an in-person interview.
Candidate should be able to justify the experience he/she has mentioned for the previous projects as needed.
JD:
10 years of experience in business role preferably in financial markets with the following skills:
- Business analysis (requirements gathering and validation, specification development, data analysis, test design, and execution) using structured methods or a recognized methodology
- Full Systems Development Lifecycle, SQL Skills
- Financial markets product knowledge (Equities and Equities Derivatives) which includes knowledge of front-to-back trade flows processing and a broad range of investment banking products and trade lifecycles
- Detailed knowledge of a broad range of investment banking products and trade lifecycles.
- Quick learner; strong analytical and problem-solving skills and should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in preparing Functional Specification documents, Test Plans, etc.
- Strong understanding of data relationships.
- Exposure to conducting impact assessments and gap analysis, data mappings.
- Ability to create and maintain technical documentation such as Functional Specs, Data Flow Diagrams, Presentations, and Spreadsheets is needed.
- Should be excellently skilled in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint), and running quality SQLs.
- Working knowledge of tools like MSSQL, and Toad, will be an added advantage.
- Excellent ability to communicate effectively with Business & IT development teams
- Excellently skilled in SQL, advanced Excel sheets, and Analytics.
- Data Analysis and Visualization.
