Job Description:

• 8 yrs of experience as Firewall Security Engineer.
• Configure, manage, and maintain Palo Alto, Juniper, and Cisco ASA firewalls to ensure optimal security and performance.
• Implement security policies, NAT rules, and access control lists (ACLs) based on business requirements.
• Configure and maintain Cisco Web Security Appliance (WSA) and Cloud Web Security (CWS) solutions.
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot SSL VPN solutions for secure remote access.
• Implement and manage Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) and Cisco ACS for network authentication and policy enforcement.
• Integrate network security with multi-factor authentication (MFA) and Active Directory (AD).
• Configure and monitor Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS) for real-time threat detection and mitigation.
• Analyze logs and alerts from IPS to identify and respond to security incidents.
• Secure data center environments using Cisco Nexus firewalls and micro-segmentation strategies.
• Implement zone-based firewall policies to isolate and protect critical assets.
• Configure and maintain Microsoft TMG for web filtering, proxy services, and firewall rules.
• Monitor traffic and logs to enforce security policies and prevent unauthorized access.
• Investigate and resolve security incidents related to firewalls, IPS, and VPNs.
• Work with SOC teams to analyze security logs and provide remediation recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (PCI-DSS, NIST, ISO 27001, etc.) by maintaining firewall and security configurations.
• Perform regular security audits and vulnerability assessments on firewall infrastructure.

• Maintain detailed documentation of firewall policies, network security configurations, and incident reports.
• Provide training and technical guidance to junior engineers and IT teams on security best practices.
