Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Hands-On Architect to lead the development of our flagship Generative AI platform for SDLC automation. The ideal candidate will be experienced in designing and implementing complex solutions for automating all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and will also lead teams of Super Stack Developers in this journey. This role involves a deep technical understanding of GenAI, automation frameworks, and cloud-native architecture.
The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach to architecting the platform while ensuring collaboration across teams, setting technical standards, and mentoring developers to achieve top performance.
Project Description:
We are developing a next-generation GenAI platform to automate and streamline the SDLC process, including features such as:
Automated Documentation
AI-Assisted Design Tools
Prototyping
Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
AI-driven Code Generation & Completion
Automated Testing and Continuous Integration/Deployment (CI/CD)
Key Responsibilities:
Architect and design scalable, AI-driven solutions to automate various stages of the SDLC, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
Lead the design, development, and integration of AI-assisted tools into the development process, including automated code generation, suggestions, and intelligent code completion.
Oversee and ensure the adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles
Lead a team of Super Stack Developers by setting coding standards, reviewing code, and guiding them through technical challenges and complex integrations.
Design, document, and implement API strategies for integrations with third-party tools and platforms used in the SDLC.
Conduct proof of concepts (PoCs) and experiments
Provide hands-on development and technical oversight
Mentor developers
Evaluate and integrate cloud-based solutions
Define and implement a governance framework for maintaining and evolving the GenAI-driven SDLC platform.
Qualifications:
5 years of experience in software architecture, with hands-on experience in SDLC automation, GenAI, and cloud-native solutions.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies, APIs, and experience in deploying AI-based applications in production environments.
Deep understanding of SDLC processes, automation tools (CI/CD, Jenkins), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
Excellent problem-solving skills, creativity, and passion for leveraging GenAI to drive automation.
