Technical Delivery Manager

Candidate will have the responsibility for managing programs with multiple project team of project managers, own the overall plan, managing teams, status tracking and making sure deliveries are happening as per the schedule committed to the client. Need to work closely with the Client’s Leadership team to review, analyze and report on various deliverables from the vendors. Need to monitor and track the risks, issues and mitigation plans. Reviewing the various Plans from Vendor and providing the appropriate feedback report and alerts on need basis to client. Need to have good knowledge on US Healthcare domain.

Other Responsibilities/Requirements

• 15 years of IT experience including Program/Delivery Management experience of at least 5 years
• The person would have ideally had near shore and offshore experience and can work with global time zone coverage. STL based is highly desirable.
• 5 years of experience in Agile Project, Program and Delivery management
• Managing multiple projects teams of Project Managers
• Independently develop, manage, execute and own overall project/program plan and timelines for key deliverables
• Defines requirements and plan project/program lifecycle deployment.
• Defines resources and schedule for project/program implementation
• Forecasting risks and planning proper contingency plan or mitigation techniques
• Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning.
• Plans and schedule project/program deliverables, goals, and milestones.
• Directs and oversees project engineering team and manages conflicts within group.
• Performs team assessments and evaluations
• Efficiently identifies and solves project issues.
• Demonstrates leadership to define requirements for project risk
• Giving technical guidance for the projects, doing reviews and updating the project schedules to the top management
• Manage and build relationship with client
• Develop Requests for Proposals (RFP) for external services.
• Designs and maintain technical and project documentation.
• Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering or related field
• PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to manage Revenue and Margins for project/program as per organization goals

Skill set required

• Experience in running complex programs/Projects from design and development to production
• Experience in Project Management experience managing teams, deliverables, client relationship
• Expert knowledge in Project planning and preparing Delivery reports
• Experience in Agile Project Management with Sprint planning and execution
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in maintaining Issues and preparing best practices
• Experience in handling client and Vendors
