Job Summary:
Infinite Computing Systems is seeking a Community-Based Contract Compliance Auditor to conduct on-site monitoring and audits of contracted provider businesses. The auditor will evaluate services, billing accuracy, and compliance, ensuring all processes align with established policies and standards. This role involves traveling to provider locations, identifying errors, recommending corrective actions, and implementing process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive reviews and audits of community-based providers, assessing billing accuracy and contract compliance.
- Identify and document errors, discrepancies, and compliance issues, recommending and implementing corrective action plans.
- Work closely with provider organizations to educate them on compliance requirements and best practices.
- Participate in weekly virtual meetings, monthly division meetings, and quarterly face-to-face meetings.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance monitoring.
- Adhere to all applicable laws, policies, service standards, and procedures.
- Maintain detailed audit documentation and provide reports on findings and resolutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, finance, or a related field OR 4 years of experience in auditing or investigations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with providers and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in formulating and implementing audit corrective action plans.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal compliance regulations.
- Experience as a billing auditor in a State or Federal Agency is highly desired.
Travel Requirements:
- Frequent travel (up to twice a week) to provider locations for on-site audits and reviews.
- Quarterly travel to attend in-person meetings at the central office.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour
