- Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) Administration (Motorola PremierOne preferred)
- GIS Mapping (experience integrating GIS with CAD systems)
- Radio Communication Systems (knowledge of emergency response tools)
- Airport Security System Integration
- Provisioning & Report Creation
- System Maintenance & Troubleshooting (Patching, Database backups, Upgrades)
- Scripting & Automation (Python, SQL – preferred)
Interfaces Knowledge (Preferred but Not Required):
- Viper E911 system
- Fire Records Management System

Soft Skills & Certifications:
