Job description:
Responsibilities:
* Answering the main hospital phone
- Transferring calls
- Monitoring the fire panel systems and using the radio to contact Security if a trouble alarm alerts
- Calling and relaying information to 911 if a code is called
- Using the PA system for hospital codes if requested
- Assisting with fleet key check out
- Assisting with staff meal ticket purchases
- Other clerical tasks as assigned
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $14.45 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- hospital switchboard operator: 1 year (Required)
- utilizing HIPAA compliance: 1 year (Required)
- case of a medical or security emergency: 1 year (Required)
Work Location: On the road
Salary : $14 - $18
