Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven and ambitious Fundraising Specialist to join our team. This role will primarily focus on assisting with pop-up style fundraising events throughout the community, aimed at supporting our portfolio of nationally based nonprofits dedicated to community improvement. The ideal candidate will be passionate about community engagement and capable of building strong relationships with donors, community members, and local businesses.
Fundraising Specialist Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, organizing, and execution of pop-up fundraising events at various community locations.
- Build and maintain relationships with local community members, businesses, and organizations to promote fundraising initiatives.
- Actively engage with event attendees to educate them about the mission of the non-profits and encourage donations.
- Track and report on event success, including funds raised and donor engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of donor information and interactions in our database.
- Gather feedback from event participants and volunteers to continuously improve future fundraising events.
- Participate in post-event debriefs to analyze successes and areas for improvement.
Fundraising Specialist Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in fundraising, event planning, or community engagement is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,793.34 - $51,536.07 per year
