Role and Responsibilities:
The Quality Assurance Manager will inspect a project before, during, and after construction to ensure compliance with all safety and quality specifications. To accomplish this, you develop and maintain a quality control (QC) plan, create documents and forms to track your findings, and supervise most construction work. Including but not limited to; conducting audits on projects and paperwork, assist project managers with developing construction plans, evaluate and track noncompliance with safety plans, and perform other tasks to ensure an injury-free workplace.

• Manages review and inspection of material deliveries to the site.
• Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate equipment.
• Perform quality control testing and inspection in adherence with contract requirements and company best practices.
• Monitor all quality related activities on the project.
• Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the site CM.

Necessary Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Quality Management on construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards, codes, and regulations.
• Experience in developing and implementing Quality Control (QC) plans.
• Familiarity with inspection and testing methods for construction materials and equipment.
• Proven ability to conduct audits, manage noncompliance issues, and enforce corrective actions.
• Proficiency in construction documentation and reporting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with project managers, site supervisors, and contractors.
• Certification in quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or similar) is a plus.
