About the Role:
As a Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving our growth in both the public and private sectors! In this dynamic position, you'll pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and represent the company at client meetings and events.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the public and private sectors, including developers, property owners, and key decision-makers, while nurturing existing client relationships to secure repeat business.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, building brand awareness, generating leads, and strengthening relationships with both potential and existing clients.
- Build and develop relationships with key contacts and clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for long-term collaboration and business growth.
- Conduct market research to stay informed on trends, competitor activities, and client needs, providing valuable insights to inform business development efforts.
- Collaborate with the proposal team to respond to RFPs and submit competitive bids for projects, dedicating a significant portion of your time to these efforts.
- Use CRM tools to track and manage your pipeline of opportunities, ensuring follow-up on leads and documenting client interactions. Regularly update the leadership team on progress, challenges, and goals.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to foster long-term relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling our full suite of services.
- Support the development of marketing materials (e.g., case studies, proposals, collateral) to assist in business development and strengthen the company’s position in the market.
Skills, Education, and Experience Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven go-getter attitude with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets, proactively identifying opportunities and following through to success.
- Strong desire to take initiative, build relationships, and pursue new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Experience using CRM software to track leads, manage opportunities, and report on progress.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including some evening events, to build relationships and pursue new business opportunities.

New York City Equal Pay Disclaimer: Infinite Consulting Corp carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s experience, education, and training. The estimated salary for this position is a base salary of $70-$85K, with a commission structure based on new business generated.
