Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (ADLs).
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition promptly.
- Manage medications, appointments, and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare nutritious meals that meet diverse dietary needs.
- Foster a clean, safe, and organized living environment.
- Address psychosocial and medical needs with empathy and skill.
- Respond calmly under pressure to ensure the safety and well-being of residents.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in caregiving or direct support roles.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR (required).
- Familiarity with group home or assisted living settings.
- Strong observation and patient care skills.
- Proficiency in cooking and meal preparation.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization.
- Experience with long-term care and social work settings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation.
- Valid driver’s license for transportation needs.
