We are seeking a motivated and reliable Embroidery Shop Assistant to join our team. This position is a versatile role that involves supporting the embroidery production process, assisting customers, and performing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Prepare and mark garments to be embroidered, ensuring proper placement of designs.
Greet customers and assist them with inquiries about custom embroidery services.
File and organize paperwork related to orders, invoices, and customer records.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring a tidy and safe environment.
Qualifications :
Work Schedule : Infinite Creations Oakbrook is open Monday through Friday 10am-5pm. This is a part-time position with hours that vary depending on the shop's needs. Flexibility is required, as the number of hours may fluctuate based on customer demand and production schedules.
