Infinite Electronics Inc., a global supplier of electronics components and subassemblies, is seeking to fill a Product Engineer position This position is responsible for developing and qualifying new products as well as maintaining technical support for current products, this includes working with vendors to make sure products meet and maintain our technical requirements. The qualified individual should have proven experience in High-Speed (800G and above) Fiber Optics Transceivers for the Datacenters market. The Product Engineer will deliver high-quality services to Integra Optics customers providing technical and solution-oriented support. This position reports to the Engineer Supervisor.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Help develop and ready for market High-Speed Transceivers for Datacenters
- Assist the Product Development team in development of new products
- Support sales for technical questions on customer calls and site visits
- Stay current with new technologies in the Fiber Optics industry and Datacenters market
- Work with customers on project-oriented solutions
- Develop and qualify new transceiver products
- Create and maintain technical requirement document for customer and vendor
- Troubleshoot transceiver product issues and work with the vendors to resolve them
- Create transceiver coding bin files and maintain the product database
- Develop a strong relationship with sales team to increase support for key customers
- Ownership of lab maintenance and development plan to support new product development
- Participate with the Engineering team in identifying area for improvements and standardization
- Ownership of the Engineering data sheet creation and maintenance process
- Writes technical reports and develops charts, graphs, and schematics to illustrate operating characteristics, malfunctions, deviations from design specifications, and functional limitations for consideration by engineers in broader determinations affecting product design and laboratory procedures.
