Infinite Eye Care seeks a full-time Optician to join our team in Sauk Rapids, MN. In this on-site role, you will play a crucial part in helping patients find the perfect eyewear solutions by providing expert guidance, precise fittings, and adjustments. You will also conduct basic optical measurements, educate patients on lens options, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. Collaboration with our optometrists and support staff will be essential to providing seamless care and meeting patient needs effectively.

• Assist patients in selecting eyewear that fits their lifestyle, prescription needs, and aesthetic preferences
• Perform fitting, adjustments, and repairs to ensure optimal comfort and vision clarity
• Conduct basic optical measurements and educate patients on lens materials, coatings, and benefits
• Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing patient questions and concerns with professionalism
• Collaborate with optometrists and team members to ensure a seamless patient experience
• Maintain accurate records and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed

• Experience in optics, optometry, or a related field is preferred
• Strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in an optical setting is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in opticianry is preferred
