We are looking for a competent Account Manager to manage multiple client accounts. You’ll be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base.
Responsibilities
As an account manager for our company you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining customer records by updating account records
- Remaining in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs
- Responding to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation
- Attending frequent in-house meetings and trainings
Skills/Qualifications
To fulfill this role as an account manager for our company, you should possess the following skills:
- Ability to perform fiduciary responsibilities by handling customer's personal information
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, or in other sales/customer service role
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software is a plus
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
- Organizational and time-management skills
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
