What are the responsibilities and job description for the Baseball/Softball Hitting Coach/Instructor for Infinite Hitting Clubhouse position at Infinite Hitting East Nashville?
Position Summary:
-A Hitting Instructor is responsible for teaching the swing to players ranging from 8 years old to professional athletes. The objective is to get baseball and softball players game ready. Coaches daily task will include reviewing game video, planning lessons, teaching players on the swing, and building players confidence through results.

Performance Objectives:
-Maximize players results in games
-Develop players on mechanics and metrics
-Help accomplish the player’s goal
Experience:
-Prior coaching experience is not required, however playing at the collegiate level (or higher) is a must.
Growth:
-There are growth opportunities including, but not limited to, regional positions, lead positions, and/or managing your own facility.
Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday 3pm-10pm, Saturdays 10am-3pm
Paid Holidays: 8 Paid Holidays during the year.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
