Job Opportunity: Part-Time Inside Sales Closer for a Fast-Growing Home Services Company (Fresno-Based Hybrid Role)
Location: Fresno, CA — Hybrid (must train onsite)

We’re Infinite Home Solutions — the Central Valley’s most dominant name in home improvement, roof rejuvenation, and contracting solutions. We’re looking for a high-performance, part-time Inside Sales Manager who knows how to get the job DONE.

This isn’t a script-reading robot position. This is a closer’s chair. You’ll be reviving old leads, converting warm quotes into closed deals, sending personalized video sales letters, and keeping our sales engine running hot. You’ll work directly from our Black Book — a database full of prospects who already KNOW us. You just have to seal the deal.

Here’s What You’ll Be Doing (And Doing It WELL):

• Call and re-engage past customers to sell add-on services and repeat jobs
  
• Follow up on outstanding quotes and get them CLOSED
  
• Send video sales letters via email/text to reheat leads and drive urgency
  
Maintain and work our “Black Book” CRM — your golden goose of warm leads

Handle objections, price drop dodgers, and hesitant buyers like a pro

• Track conversions and report on close rates — this determines your hybrid privileges
  
Collaborate with our field team to push deals over the finish line

️ Suggest sales strategies, promos, and hooks that WORK — we’ll test anything that sells

What You Bring to the Table:

• Proven experience in inside sales — solar, HVAC, roofing, or home services preferred
  
• You’ve closed deals over the phone before. Period.
  
Strong CRM fluency (Go High Level, HubSpot, or similar)

Charisma, follow-up discipline, and killer closing instincts

You’re a SALES ANIMAL — and you know it

Availability to train in-person in Fresno

You understand urgency and follow-up — this isn’t a place for slow movers

• You’re hungry for a base uncapped commission role that rewards PERFORMANCE
