Heres What Youll Be Doing:
- Own the Schedule: Coordinate installs, sales appointments, service calls, and everything in between across Fresno and the greater Central Valley. Youre the air traffic controller of our operation.
- Customer Communication Like a Pro: Answer calls, texts, and emails with speed, clarity, and a touch of class. Youll be the first impression and ongoing point of contact for customersand we want them to rave about how good we made them feel.
- Inside Sales Support: Handle inbound leads like a closerqualify them, book them, and make sure our sales reps are walking into golden opportunities.
- Daily Pulse of the Business: Work directly with the owners and field teams to keep projects moving, customers happy, and the chaos under control.
- Be the Glue: From updating job boards to following up with crews and vendorsyoure the one who keeps the wheels turning and the schedule tight.
- You live in Fresno or nearby and can work full-time in our office.
- Youre a people person with great phone skills and a can-do attitude.
- Youre tech-savvy (Google Calendar, CRMs, scheduling toolsno problem).
- You can multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, ever-shifting environment.
- You have previous experience in admin, scheduling, or customer service (bonus if its in construction or home servicesbut not required).
- Youre reliable as sunrise, detail-oriented, and bring positive energy to the office.
