Job Description:
We offer a variety of REO (Real Estate Owned) services to maintain and secure foreclosed properties. Here’s a list of common services we provide:
- Property Inspections
- Securing the Property
- Winterization
- Debris Removal
- Lawn Care and Landscaping
- Repairs and Maintenance
- Cleaning Services
- Pest Control
- Photo Documentation
- Evictions
- Hazardous Material Removal
- Boarding Services
- Utility Management
- Property Monitoring and Reporting
- Renovations
- Rent ready turns
Equipment Needed:
- Locks (deadbolts, knob locks, padlocks)
- Lockboxes (for key access)
- Boarding materials (plywood, OSB boards)
- Air compressor (to blow out water from plumbing lines)
- Lawnmower
- Pole Saw
- Hedge trimmers
- Tape measure (for measuring areas to be repaired or boarded up)
- Notebook/clipboard (for taking notes on work performed)
- Truck & Trailer
Requirements:
- Aspen Grove Background Check with ABC# provided
- Liability insurance
- Smart Phone (for photo documentation)
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $60,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
