Lawn Crew Leader

Overview
Infinite Landscaping is seeking a dependable crew leader. Work includes managing a small crew by prioritizing projects, assigning work tasks, using equipment, maintaining records, monitoring work quality and work schedules, insuring crew safety, training employees, and providing performance feedback.

Duties

• Supervise and lead a team of lawn care technicians in daily operations.
• Oversee landscape maintenance activities including mowing, trimming, edging and blowing .
• Perform shrubbery care tasks such as pruning, and planting as needed.
• Execute garden maintenance duties including planting, weeding, and mulching.
• Build and maintain relationships with residential clients by delivering exceptional service.
• Train new employees on equipment use, safety standards, and company procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is essential.
• Strong leadership skills with a background in supervising teams effectively.
• Familiarity with landscaping tools and equipment is required.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients professionally.
• A passion for outdoor work and maintaining beautiful landscapes.
• Valid drivers licenses and knowledge maneuvering trailers in tight area's.
• Be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Have basic iPhone or Android knowledge as app usage is need to take and log photos & services

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Benefits:

• 10 hour shift
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed
