Client Account Associate Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with individuals to raise awareness about charitable initiatives and encourage support for community programs
- Professionally represent our partner organizations face-to-face, communicating their mission and values with enthusiasm
- Cultivate relationships with donors, sponsors, and community members through in-person outreach and advocacy
- Attend networking events, fundraising activities, and community engagement programs to increase visibility and impact
- Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and contributions, ensuring transparency and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to develop innovative strategies that enhance donor engagement and retention
Client Account Associate Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service, client relations, fundraising, or community outreach preferred
- Passion for philanthropy and a strong desire to make a difference
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
- Flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings or weekends as needed
- Strong sense of integrity, professionalism, and a people-first approach

Pay: $45,616.00 - $47,429.00 per year
