Airport Parking Facility Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Parking Facility Manager to lead operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive the success of our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the airport parking facility, ensuring smooth and efficient performance.
• Lead, train, and manage a team of staff, fostering a culture of accountability and customer focus.
• Develop and manage operational budgets, track expenses, and optimize revenue streams.
• Ensure all equipment and parking systems are functional and properly maintained.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Generate operational reports and provide insights to upper management for process improvements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for emergencies and unexpected challenges during operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of managerial experience in parking operations, facility management, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with parking systems, automated equipment, and transportation logistics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and parking-related software platforms.
• Valid driver’s license, ability to pass a background check, and cannot have a DUI on record.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and on-call for emergencies.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
