Are you a highly-driven Account Executive with experience managing strategic partnerships and growing business relationships in the IT services space? If so, we want you on our team. This role will have you at the forefront of developing and managing partnerships with key stakeholders, including technology vendors and system integrators. You’ll help drive growth and expand our market presence through collaborative partnerships that are key to our company’s objectives.

What You Will Be Doing :
- Building and Nurturing Relationships : Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations, including vendors and system integrators.
- Negotiating Partnerships : Lead negotiations for partnership agreements and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Collaborating Cross-Functionally : Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, and product development) to leverage strategic partnerships.
- Tracking Performance : Monitor and track account performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet business goals.
- Identifying Opportunities : Stay ahead of industry trends and market needs to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Representing the Company : Act as the company’s representative at partner events, conferences, and networking functions.
- Executing Account Strategy : Develop and implement comprehensive account strategies for partner growth.
- Driving Joint Marketing : Complete at least one joint marketing activity per partner each month to drive collaboration.
- Achieving Key Metrics : Meet and exceed business objectives like partner revenue growth and partner sales rep training survey results.
