About the Role :

Are you a highly-driven Account Executive with experience managing strategic partnerships and growing business relationships in the IT services space? If so, we want you on our team. This role will have you at the forefront of developing and managing partnerships with key stakeholders, including technology vendors and system integrators. You’ll help drive growth and expand our market presence through collaborative partnerships that are key to our company’s objectives.

This is a mid-senior level opportunity for someone who is ready to hit the ground running and play a crucial role as we continue to grow. If you’re excited to foster long-term relationships and deliver business impact, then keep reading!

What You Will Be Doing :

  • Building and Nurturing Relationships : Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations, including vendors and system integrators.
  • Negotiating Partnerships : Lead negotiations for partnership agreements and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Collaborating Cross-Functionally : Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, and product development) to leverage strategic partnerships.
  • Tracking Performance : Monitor and track account performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet business goals.
  • Identifying Opportunities : Stay ahead of industry trends and market needs to identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Representing the Company : Act as the company’s representative at partner events, conferences, and networking functions.
  • Executing Account Strategy : Develop and implement comprehensive account strategies for partner growth.
  • Driving Joint Marketing : Complete at least one joint marketing activity per partner each month to drive collaboration.
  • Achieving Key Metrics : Meet and exceed business objectives like partner revenue growth and partner sales rep training survey results.

What We Want To See :

  • 5 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Partnership Development, specifically in the IT services or technology industry.
  • A proven track record of managing and growing partnerships with vendors, system integrators, and channel partners.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills , able to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Collaborative experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Experience representing companies at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze and adapt to market trends.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

  • CRM and Marketing Tools for tracking partnerships and joint marketing initiatives

  • Industry-specific technologies based on the partner ecosystem
  • Bonus Points for :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Certifications related to business development , partnership management , or cloud technologies .
  • Experience working with enterprise solutions and IT service providers .

  • Willingness to travel as needed for partner meetings, conferences, and events (if required).
  • Compensation :

  • Base Salary : D epending on experience and location.
  • Commission : Generous commission structure with significant earning potential.
