About the Role: We are seeking a Mobile Device Management Specialist / Workspace ONE Consultant to join our dynamic consulting team for a short term project. In this role, you'll support a range of client environments, providing strategic and hands-on expertise in Workspace ONE UEM (Unified Endpoint Management) solutions. This includes mobile app deployment, enterprise app catalog management, device lifecycle support, and secure mobile device management.

You will be responsible for migrating and optimizing Workspace ONE UEM, ensuring a seamless and secure mobile experience, and assisting with the adoption of these technologies by client teams. This is a project-based, remote consulting role, providing high-impact support for leading organizations in need of tailored enterprise mobility solutions.

What You Will Be Doing

• Deploy and manage mobile applications within enterprise environments.
• Develop and maintain an enterprise app catalog for seamless access by end-users.
• Implement and oversee an on-premises mobile device management (MDM) platform, ensuring secure device management and compliance.
• Support new device deployment and refreshes, maintaining a streamlined and secure mobile infrastructure.
• Assess and upgrade Workspace ONE UEM to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Migrate Workspace ONE UEM from on-premises infrastructure to a SaaS-based solution, facilitating smooth transitions with minimal disruption.
• Assist clients with adoption strategies and best practices for Workspace ONE UEM deployment, ensuring smooth rollouts.
• Use Workspace ONE Access to build a self-service catalog for mobile applications, improving user experience and compliance.
• Provide consulting and support throughout the deployment lifecycle, from pre-implementation assessments to post-deployment optimization.
  
  

What We Want To See

• Hands-on experience with Workspace ONE UEM, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions and best practices for secure mobile device management.
• Proven ability to migrate on-premises MDM solutions to cloud-based platforms (SaaS), with a focus on Workspace ONE UEM.
• Experience in deploying enterprise mobile applications and managing app catalogs.
• Expertise in security compliance for mobile device management and securing corporate mobile assets.
• Ability to work independently in a remote consulting role and manage complex client engagements.
• Top Secret Clearance (must be current and valid) for handling sensitive client projects.
