Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare corporate and individual tax returns, adhering to quality standards.
- Review financial statements for corporate returns.
- Communicate regularly with clients, building long-term relationships and managing expectations.
- Organize tax planning activities and calculate estimated payments.
- Recommend tax-saving strategies to maximize profit and align with clients' goals.
- Stay updated with changes in tax laws and industry trends.
- Work closely with tax managers and directors to handle various duties.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of tax preparation experience, or 1 year of experience in a public accounting firm.
- Fluency in Spanish or Chinese, with strong English communication skills.
- Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Accounting CS) and tax preparation software (UltraTax CS preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work full-time in the U.S.
