- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and manage the sales process from initial contact to closing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to effectively position and sell products/services
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements
- Close sales deals and ensure proper documentation and processing of orders
- Identify and target new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers
- Manage key accounts through effective account management practices
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in customer service and technical sales
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Demonstrated success in business development and sales growth
