Job Description
As the Water Treatment System Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing and managing the water treatment system, ensuring it operates efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with environmental and industry standards. This is an ideal role for someone looking to advance their career in a fast-paced, challenging environment while contributing to sustainability and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize safety for yourself and your team through effective training and best practices.
- Ensure product safety and maintain strict compliance with SQF and HACCP standards.
- Oversee plant sanitation standards, ensuring both interior and exterior premises meet company requirements.
- Drive performance by exceeding targets related to rates, waste, and recovery.
- Manage consumable ingredients and ensure accurate tracking within the ERP system.
- Regularly inspect and maintain water treatment equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Foster collaborative communication with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and QA personnel.
- Update daily management boards and documentation to reflect performance and progress.
- Follow all safety practices, policies, procedures, and manufacturing specifications.
- Provide coverage for the process water treatment team during vacations and sickness.
- Ensure effluent quality meets EPA and ND Department of Environmental Quality permit limits.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with process equipment and water treatment systems.
