Job summary:
We are growing rapidly with a very high-volume luxury brand with high back-end per copy , we are seeking an experienced and motivated Dealership Finance Manager to join our team. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our dealership, including managing the finance and insurance (F&I) department, securing financing for customers, and ensuring compliance with banking and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive financing, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the finance and insurance (F&I) department, including hiring and training staff, setting goals, and monitoring performance
- Develop and maintain relationships with lending institutions to secure financing for customers
- Present financing options to customers, explain terms and conditions, and finalize sales contracts
- Ensure all paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Monitor industry trends and market conditions to optimize dealership financing strategies
- Work closely with sales and service departments to maximize revenue opportunities
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any finance-related issues in a timely manner

Qualifications:

 - Minimum of 3 years of experience in New Car Franchise Dealership

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets- Excellent communication and negotiation skills- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Knowledge of banking and regulatory requirements related to automotive financing- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and finance software
