Responsibilities
- Manages service department, including talent acquisition, mentoring, and training
- Strives for 100% customer satisfaction by building relationships with customers
- Works with department managers to improve operations, performance, and profitability
- Understands and ensures compliance with manufacture warranty and policy procedures
- Maintains outstanding business relationships with our manufacturer, our customers, and managers, employees and co-workers of the dealership
- Develops and implements a marketing plan which promotes new and repeat business
- Achieves and maintains CSI at or above manufacturer standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in service management with a stable work history
- Outstanding leadership skills and employee retention
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an Automotive Service Manager role
- Infiniti, Nissan and/or CDK experience a plus
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Unwavering commitment to ethical business practices
- Professionalism in appearance and conduct
- Excellent team player and customer service skills
- Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state, and local regulations that affect service operations
