Receptionist/Cashier

Sunset Automotive Group is currently seeking a Front Desk Receptionist - Cashier to join our elite team at Infiniti of Sarasota!

This key position has the important task of making a friendly, professional impression to our Infiniti dealership clients and guests. Professionalism and strong customer service skills are a must.

Full-time schedule, somewhat flexible. Closed after 6pm and Closed Sundays.

Receptionist - Cashier Duties

Responsibilities for the Dealership Receptionist - Cashier include:

• greeting and assisting guests over the phone and in person
• assisting customers who need to pay for their new Infiniti or Infiniti service
• collecting and posting payments accurately in our accounting system
• perform other administrative and customer service tasks as required to keep our dealership moving

Receptionist - Cashier Requirements

• Previous experience at a front desk reception area and collecting and processing payments required
• Have a professional appearance, outstanding customer service skills and a friendly, helpful demeanor
• Must have excellent phone skills, ability to multi-task and general office/computer skills
• Must have cash handling/cashiering experience and strong basic math skills
• Must be dependable and able to manage multiple responsibilities independently
• Full-time availability Monday through Saturday
• Previous Automotive dealership experience a plus
