Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle customer transactions, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage service loaner fleet.
- Schedule service appointments and maintain appointment logs.
