We are in search of a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to own, drive, and design our AI automation systems. We are scaling our end-to-end phone call automation use cases , serving an increasing number of customers with a diverse set of tasks handled by our AI automation systems.

Our AI automation systems blend traditional machine learning, deep learning, and large language models (LLMs) to maximize performance and scalability. We welcome candidates with expertise in either ML engineering (feature engineering, modeling, optimization, serving etc. ) or AI engineering ( prompt design, LLM fine-tuning, evaluation, LLM serving & inference optimization, memory and context management, etc. ) -or ideally, a combination of both.
