About Us: Infinity Beverages Winery & Distillery is seeking ambitious individuals that will be passionate about helping our venture succeed further in the wines and spirits industry. We're an independent, family owned operation established by a first generation Winemaker & Distiller in 2010 and is headquartered in Eau Claire, WI. Innovation is our mantra and through relentless “liquid innovation” is how all the award winning, one-of-a-kind wines and spirits at Infinity Beverages are produced.
Hours: Full-time rotating and flexible scheduling with availability required Tuesday-Saturday approximately 40-50 hours per week. Weekend and evening availability required.
Salary: Based on experience with negotiable salary tips commission based on performance. Please include any salary goals in your resume and cover letter.

Primary Duties:
- Lead the company in achieving sales goals for Tasting Lounge, Infinity Club, and Online (Direct to Consumer) as well as Wholesale Retailers
- Overall public relations management and maintenance with Club Members, wholesalers, off-site events, community collaborations, sponsorships, and off-premise and on-premise retailers including account leads, updates/changes, inventory allocations, placements, invoicing, merchandising, and support.
- Creation and management of successful sales and marketing campaigns and promotions
- Graphic design and content creation for use in marketing materials and campaigns
Secondary Duties:
- Wholesale deliveries
- Professionally represent Infinity Beverages at events and/or tastings, as needed
Essential Skills, Traits, etc:
- Growth mindset
- Minimum 3 years sales, distribution, retail, hospitality, entrepreneurship or related experience/background with proven track record of exceeding goals
- Minimum 3 years marketing, public relations, advertising, graphic design experience or related experience/background
- Proficiency with Google Suite Apps, Adobe Creative Suite, marketing platforms (text, email, etc), social media platforms as well as CRM software and related apps
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication, writing, computer, and business math comprehension skills
- Self-motivated and independent with the ability to multi-task while staying extremely organized
- Passion for the Wines & Spirits Industry with an eagerness to continually expand knowledge level of product line
- Bartender's license or willingness to obtain
- Driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to stand for extended amounts of time and lift a minimum of 30# repeatedly
