As a Sales Consultant with IBG, we will teach you how to connect with business owners and key decision-makers at local businesses through in-person meetings. You will direct your own daily activities and sales in the initial phase of the position. Within 3-9 months, you will have the opportunity to step into a leadership role while also serving your own clients.

- Utilize the business tools provided to you to help grow your clientele base, including our custom-built CRM system.
- Demonstrate empathy and 5-star customer service.
- Create and run your own full-time schedule, no weekends or evenings required.
- You must be willing to be out in the community, not behind a desk. This is not a phone or computer-based position.

- $60,000 - 90,000 first year potential and $120-160k within 3 years
- A clear path for quick advancement within your control (within your first 3 months), not based on politics
- Cash Bonuses ($250 - $3,000 per month)

Salary : $60,000 - $90,000
