Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive security strategy, including the design, implementation, and maintenance of security policies to meet regulatory compliance and mitigate evolving risks.
Oversee day-to-day security operations, including managing vulnerability assessments, monitoring security tools (firewalls, SIEM, ELK Stack), and leading incident response efforts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and compliance, to ensure security requirements are effectively integrated into business processes and regulatory frameworks.
Skills Required .
Proven experience (2-3 years) leading information security teams with a strong focus on compliance and risk management within regulated industries such as fintech
Plus : Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent
Education& Work Experience
5-8 yrs of professional experience
