We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of Workday Scheduling Management software. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of project management methodologies, a proven track record of successful IT implementations, and a deep understanding of Human Capital Management (HCM) processes. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Lead and manage all phases of the Workday Scheduling Management implementation project, including planning, design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and document system configurations.
- Manage project risks and issues, develop mitigation plans, and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct regular project status meetings with stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates on project progress, challenges, and successes.
- Oversee the development and execution of testing plans, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Coordinate training programs for end-users and system administrators.
- Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting issues, resolving user questions, and ensuring system stability.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies related to HCM and project management.
