Responsibilities
Project Planning and Execution
- Review contract documents, clarify scope, and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare projects budget and schedule of values, create and enforce project-specific quality and safety standards.
- Generate a comprehensive project schedule incorporating clients milestones and required phasing.
Project Monitoring and Control
- Track progress to ensure completion of work within target deadlines.
- Screen RFIs, submittals, and other project deliverables for contract compliance.
- Review monthly payment requisitions and subcontractor payments.
