Setup, manage, and maintain project management software for each jobOrganize, maintain, and process contract documents and shop drawings to meet project budget, schedule, and requirementsIdentify, issue, and manage RFIsFormulate start-up, testing, and commissioning proceduresServe as a point of contact regarding technical information associated with the projectVerify existing field conditions and report changes to affected partiesLead the internal MEP coordination processFacilitate required inspections, testing, and commissioningReview contract documents for completeness and consistencyIdentify project scope deviations from contract documents and field observationsMonitor construction progress for quality complianceResolve and manage client-issued non-compliance reportsAssist the project manager with buy-outsRelease equipment and materials per approved submittalsManage and coordinate lead times and delivery dates for equipment and materialGenerate submittal, RFI, equipment, etc. logs for project stakeholdersOur Hiring Process

Bachelors Degree in Engineering : Mechanical, Civil, Environmental, or related engineering disciplines (or equivalent experience)- NOT REQUIRED3 years of experience on projectsAbility to work in a multi-task environmentStrong oral and written communicationExcellent time management skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteMust be authorized to work in the US.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
