Rare opportunity with a well established, technology driven, fun family dental practice. Infinity Dental Partners is searching for a full time experienced, warm, kind, dedicated and fun Team Lead/Office Manager to add to our growing Spring Lake practice.
Our team leader must be able to:
- Organize and direct the team each day
- Communicate goals and track daily, weekly and monthly scorecards
- Lead by example, earn the teams trust and respect
- Problem solve on the fly- be decisive
- Manage projects with operations director
- Coach to improve team member skill sets
- Know each role at the office and look for ways to keep and create efficiency
- Motivate team members to accomplish their goals, while nurturing team member strengths and identifying areas for improvement
- Represent and advocate for team needs
- Be on time, dependable and a true team player
- Be comfortable with being uncomfortable
- Manage employee and patient issues smoothly
- Manage supplies and ordering
- Submit payroll and manage employee time off and schedules
- Understand all of our technology and how to handle when it doesn't work
Candidate must have leadership experience, friendly personality, be technology driven, possess forward thinking skills and have a strong willingness to learn and grow. Dental office and Dentrix experience is necessary. Team leads are responsible for the day to day flow, making sure everyone is where they need to be, when they need to be there and have the tools they need to deliver 5 star care.
