Sales Representative Position (One to support Canada Market)
1. Sales Goals : Collaborating with management and other team members to reach achievable yet challenging sales targets. This involves analyzing past performance, market trends, and business objectives.
2. Develop Sales Strategies : Creating plans and strategies to achieve the set sales goals. This includes identifying target markets, refining product positioning, and determining pricing strategies.
3. Monitoring Performance : Regularly tracking progress towards sales goals. This involves analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and assessing the effectiveness of current strategies.
4. Reporting and Communication : Providing regular updates to management on sales performance, forecasts, and any challenges or opportunities.
5. Collaboration with Other Departments : Working closely with other departments such as marketing, engineering, and customer service to ensure cohesive strategies that support sales initiatives.
6. New Business Development : identifying potential leads, through inbound inquiries, networking, or outbound prospecting.
Responsibilities :
- Act as a liaison between functions and ensure the activities of sales are coordinated with all teams within the organization.
- Stays current with industry trends, product knowledge and emerging issues that impact the business.
- Works with all facets of the Infinity team to ensure positive customer experience
- Prepares quotations.
- Prospects and develops new customer relationships.
- Maintains and supports an incumbent group of distribution accounts.
- Drives profitable growth in the sales region for which they are responsible through new business development and core account retention.
- Focus new business development efforts on specific targeted markets and distributors to attain a sales goal.
