• Prepare, submit, and track permit applications with local, state, and federal agencies.
• Communicate with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with permitting requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to collect and verify necessary data.
• Research Zoning and Building codes and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of permitting requirements and submittals, project timelines, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor and update permitting schedules to ensure timely approvals.
• Stay up to date on regulatory changes affecting permitting processes.
Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of experience in permitting, regulatory compliance, or a related field (engineering, construction, or land development preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and manage information efficiently.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with local and state permitting processes is a plus.
