Job Summary:
As an Inventory & Quality Control Specialist, you will oversee all aspects of inventory control while ensuring product quality standards are consistently met. You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate stock levels, conducting quality inspections, and supporting smooth operations across the organization. Your role will help optimize both inventory efficiency and product integrity.
Key Responsibilities (Inventory Control):
- Manage day-to-day inventory control operations, ensuring accurate stock levels and product availability.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to maintain accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, including root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with inventory control manager, warehouse managers on stock discrepancies
- Maintain inventory records in ERP or inventory management systems.
- Generate inventory reports and provide insights to management for decision-making.
- Implement and monitor procedures for efficient inventory control processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities (Quality Control):
- Inspect inbound and outbound products to ensure they meet established quality standards and specifications.
- Perform regular audits and checks on products, packaging, and labeling to maintain consistency and quality.
- Document and report any product defects or issues, working with the production or procurement teams to address root causes.
- Develop and implement quality control standards and procedures for the production and inventory teams.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment to promote product safety and quality.
- Communicate and collaborate with production, warehouse, and management teams to ensure consistent quality performance.
- Monitor customer feedback and returns to identify potential quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing product compliance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
