Position : Full-Time Behavioral Health Therapist to provide outpatient mental health counseling services to a broad range of clients.
Location : Chariton, Iowa
Required Qualifications : Master’s degree in a behavioral health field from an accredited institution. State licensure required in good standing (or license eligible) LISW, LMHC, LMSW, LMFT.
Experience : All qualified applicants will be considered, including temporarily licensed and early career professionals. Preference will be given to those with independent licensure, relevant clinical experience, training in evidence-based practices, and willingness to work with the full age range of clients.

Our growing interdisciplinary team of behavioral health providers consists of many substance abuse counselors, therapists, social workers, and psychiatric nurse practitioners. Infinity Health manages locations across south-central Iowa and north-central Missouri, including primary care sites and sites providing behavioral health and substance abuse services.
