- Role Responsibilities
- Stationed daily at primary account to maximize market engagement, and referral review efforts.
- Respond to all incoming referrals on Careport and/or other referral platforms timely, daily, and throughout the day.
- Goals for New Admissions, expectation to reach assigned census goals as communicated by Business Development leadership.
- Weekly Meetings: Lead a marketing meeting once a week to strategize and review performance metrics. Document outcomes in Unite.
- Social Media & Content Management: Oversee the three-times-a-week social media posting schedule, including therapy highlights and success stories twice a month.
- Sales Planning: Update the sales plan weekly, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market trends (UNITE)
- Census Coordination: Attend all team census calls to communicate market dynamics and operational needs.
- Facility Readiness: Ensure model rooms and all areas are admission-ready and conduct first impression tours once a week.
- Referral Management: Actively call families for all referrals, facilitating contracts and scheduling tours efficiently.
- CRM Management: Perform data entry for sales calls in CRM, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Forecasting: Set and communicate new admit goals; update and manage the forecasting tool daily
- Sales & Follow-Up: Conduct bedside sales executing assigned quota and follow up with returning patients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Community Marketing Implementation: Develop and implement community marketing plans targeting post-acute providers, assisted and independent living facilities, civic and government healthcare agencies, critical or rural access hospitals, other ECFs, and support groups. Collaborate with the Regional Director of Business Development to curate strategies that meet or exceed budget and admissions goals. Sales call quotas will be given by Business Development leadership.
- Collateral Management: Responsible for replenishing center collateral to ensure effective communication and marketing efforts.
- Event Coordination: Collaborate with the team to organize monthly and quarterly on-site events that promote the center and enhance community engagement.
- Schedule market development activities including, but not limited to CEU’s, Hospital info sessions.
- Networking with Home Health, Supportive Living, Assisted Living, and other communities in market to develop relationships.
- Must possess, as a minimum, Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in healthcare or related industries.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales forecasting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship-building.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive sales performance.
