Infinity Home Improvement is hiring for full time/part time employees/contractors/carpenters/laborers/framers/anyone with general construction experience!
We are looking to add employees and subcontractors to our successful growing Michigan company.
Over the course of 25 years of excellence, we have grown from a small general contracting company to a full-service home improvement company with more than 100 employees. We're proud to say that many of our employees have been with us since the day we opened!
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction trades and be able to manage multiple projects efficiently. This role requires a commitment to quality workmanship, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to collaborate effectively with other trades and project managers. Individuals applying must have reliable transportation, tools, good communication skills, and maintain a professional manner when working with our customers.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage subcontracted labor effectively, ensuring all team members understand their tasks and responsibilities.
- Provide expertise in roofing, windows, siding, decks, insulaion, entry doors, as needed throughout various projects.
Experience
- Strong skills in construction, trim carpentry, roofing, composite/wood decking, insulation, siding, windows, and entry doors are preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required for this role.
- Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and clients.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
